How Find a Tub uses your information.
This notice explains what we collect when you browse the directory, send an enquiry or manage a business listing.
Information you choose to send
Enquiry and listing forms may collect your name, work or personal contact details, postcode, business information and the message you submit. We use it to answer your request, review a listing or pass an enquiry to the selected company when you have agreed that we may do so.
Directory and public business information
Business profiles use information published by companies, official brand directories, public business registers, mapping services and review platforms. A business can ask us to correct inaccurate information through the links shown on the site.
Analytics and technical information
When analytics is enabled, Find a Tub records page views and limited interactions such as using search, changing sort order or starting an enquiry. We do not send names, email addresses, telephone numbers, postcodes, exact location coordinates or search text to analytics. A random identifier may be stored for the browser session.
Sharing and retention
We share an enquiry with the selected company only where the form explains this and you give permission. Service providers that host the website, deliver email or provide analytics may process data on our behalf. Information is kept only as long as it is reasonably needed for the request, record keeping, security and legal obligations.
Your choices and rights
You can ask for access, correction or deletion of personal information we hold about you. You can also object to or restrict some uses. Contact hello@findatub.co.uk and tell us enough to identify the relevant request.
