Find a Tub can earn money from memberships, marketing services and clearly labelled sponsorship while keeping ratings, business roles and buyer information independent.
Every legitimate business can have a free listing
Payment is not required to appear in the directory, correct factual information or receive a customer enquiry submitted through a free listing. Inclusion depends on the business being relevant to UK hot tub buyers and meeting the directory rules.
Membership pays for defined features and service
A Pro member may receive an expanded profile, more media, reporting, offers, faster profile support and other published benefits. Payment does not change its review score, verification status, business role or the factual information shown to customers.
Sponsored placements will be labelled
Any paid campaign, sponsored collection or promotional placement will be identified so a visitor can distinguish it from ordinary directory ordering and editorial guidance. Sponsored activity will not be presented as an independent rating or award.
Ratings use the same method for every business
Review scores are shown separately for each matched source. A commercial relationship cannot add reviews, remove valid sources or change the formula. Review data can be corrected when the source has been matched incorrectly or has become out of date.
Badges describe a published status
The Listed and Checked badge means that a listing passed its published checks at the stated time. It is not a product-quality award and it does not promise that a customer will have a particular experience. The badge can be removed when the criteria are no longer met.
Marketing services are a separate engagement
A business may buy local search, content or marketing support from Find a Tub. The scope, price and ownership of deliverables will be agreed separately. We do not guarantee search rankings, leads or sales, and buying a service does not control directory editorial work.
Questions, corrections and complaints
Use the listing correction form for factual changes or contact Find a Tub about a commercial disclosure, rating or badge. We will keep a record of the issue and the resulting decision.
